Returns and Exchange Policy

At Xersey, your satisfaction matters to us. While we do not offer refunds, we provide easy exchanges under certain conditions. Please read the policy carefully before placing your order.


1. Eligibility for Exchange

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.

  • Exchanges are allowed only in the following cases:

    • Wrong size delivered

    • Damaged or defective product received

    • Incorrect item delivered


2. Exchange Process

  1. Contact us at xerseystore@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Ship the product back to us using a reliable courier. Return shipping charges must be borne by the customer.

  3. Once we receive the item, our team will inspect the product.

  4. If approved, you will receive store credits in the form of a discount coupon for the product value.


3. Important Notes

  • No multiple exchanges: A product once exchanged cannot be exchanged again.

  • Store credits will be issued only after inspection and confirmation that the product meets the exchange criteria.

  • Items returned without prior approval or beyond the 7-day window will not be accepted.


4. Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Products that are used, washed, or missing original tags/packaging.

  • Items returned with visible wear, stains, or damage not caused during shipping.
