  • Xersey is an online jersey store that resells premium jerseys.

  • These Terms & Conditions apply to all users, whether browsing, creating an account, or making a purchase.

  • We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time.

2. Orders & Payments

  • Orders can be placed directly through our website as a guest or via a registered account.

  • We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

  • Order cancellations or modifications are allowed only before shipment.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently ship only within India.

  • Standard delivery time is within 7 business days from the date of dispatch.

  • Shipping charges are applied separately and will be displayed during checkout.

  • Xersey is not responsible for courier delays, unforeseen disruptions, or incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer.

4. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • We do not offer refunds.

  • Exchanges are available only in the following cases:

    • Wrong size delivered

    • Damaged or defective item received

    • Incorrect product delivered

  • In case of an approved exchange, customers will receive store credits in the form of discount coupons for the value of the product.

  • Items must be returned unused, with tags, and in original packaging to be eligible for exchange.

5. Warranty & Liability

  • We do not provide any warranty on products.

  • Xersey is not responsible for damages caused by misuse, improper care, or third-party courier delays.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website, including images, product photos, logos, and designs, is the property of Xersey.

  • No one is permitted to use, copy, or reproduce our site assets without written permission.

7. User Conduct

  • Users must provide accurate information when placing orders.

  • Bulk purchases for reselling without permission are not allowed.

  • Any fraudulent activity may lead to cancellation of orders and termination of access.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.

  • Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of Uttarakhand, India.
